Position: AM Commercials

Education
· Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA in Supply Chain Management or Sales & Marketing is preferred.

Experience
· At least 2-3 years of proven experience of Key Accounts, Customer Services, or in a similar role in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.

Skills
· Strong understanding of order management, operations and procedures along with invoicing procedures.
· Analytical skills with hands-on expertise in MS Office.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.

Location
· Karachi, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
· Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business needs while identifying possibilities to improve process.
· Proactively address problems and deliver solutions to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
· Ensure correct data consolidation for client’s approval for invoice processing.
· Liaison between cross functional departments i-e Operations and Finance for timely submission of invoices.
· Monitor and ensure timely recovery as per credit terms agreed with clients.
· Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
