Position: Operations Supervisor
Education : Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in local market for vehicle sourcing, marketing with Asset Owners and reliable brokers.
Skills
· Knowhow for transportation from Ports in Karachi.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage transporters having owned fleet and reliable brokers.
· Sales & Marketing experience is must.
Location Karachi, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relations with key transporter to achieve assigned targets on daily basis.
· To induct new vendors having their owned fleet to have reliable pool of transporters.
· To keep vendor ledgers w.r.t order executions and share ledger balance with Operations Lead on daily basis.
Provide bilties and seals to drivers and collect POD whenever required.
· Liaison with drivers and update operations lead about the whereabouts of the vehicle on daily basis.
