Midas Safety Pakistan Jobs Material Resource Planner (MRP):
Midas Safety Pakistan – Clothing Business is looking for Material Resource Planner (MRP) in Supply Chain Department. Position is responsible to organize and monitor the supply of materials in order to meet the production schedule and minimum stock levels to ensure operational and production continuity.
This includes (But not limited to):
- To ensure the steady flow of materials necessary for operating manufacturing line without over-ordering or wasting resources and also ensuring the materials meet specifications, quality standards and cost efficiency by coordinating with marketing and planning department.
- To evaluate suppliers on the basis of compliance requirements provided by the customers and ensure demand for materials is met and deliveries are made on time and to resolve supplier concerns and performance.
- To maintain consistent and adequate supply of materials through inventory management by observing trends and customer requests to create and maintain inventory schedules and to minimize obsolete stock and ensure business is left with minimum liability by supporting inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy.
- To collect data and prepare reports such as customer wise aging report, forecast error analysis of orders, records of Debit note to finance and Marketing to provide inputs for performance control, monitoring and take corrective actions.
Education: Bachelors with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience. The position will be based in Karachi.
