Bachelor / Master from HEC recognized University
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
At least 10 year’s relevant experience with at least 4 years at senior management level in a commercial bank or large financial services group.
𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
Strong understanding of Institutional Sales trends, accustomed with Employee Banking industry and practices, experience in Cash Management/ Digital solution delivery.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ Soliciting new clients for cash management and employee banking business. Drive sales growth/business volumes, augment revenue streams and optimize client portfolio.
➡️ Developing sales strategy, capitalizing on existing relationships to build and derive business momentum and solicit incremental volumes, revenue flows.
➡️ Extending support through joint calls with business teams to close ongoing deals.
➡️ Ensuring achievement of assigned targets.
➡️ Management of team to ensure achievement of business targets.
