Business Development Manager – International Sales, North America Region

Responsibilities
- The Business Development Manager – Export Sales for the North America region is responsible for driving the expansion of the company’s products and services in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
- This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive export strategy, identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the company complies with export regulations.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and strategic partnerships in the region.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring smooth transitions to the operational teams.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to manage efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the North American market, a strong track record in sales, and the ability to navigate complex export processes and regulations.
Key Requirements
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade or Marketing
- Willingness to travel frequently within the North American region for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
