Master Motor is looking for “Deputy Manager – Maintenance”.

Job Description:
As the Deputy Manager Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and machinery. You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, equipment maintenance, and a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Experience managing projects related to solar, mechanical, and electrical cabling and equipment.
    2.Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
    3.Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or breakdowns swiftly to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
    4.Perform necessary repairs or coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and part replacements to restore equipment to operational status.
    5.Identify opportunities for improving equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety. Propose and implement modifications, upgrades, or procedural changes to enhance equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
    6.Respond promptly to equipment emergencies or breakdowns to minimize production disruptions. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to resolve critical issues in a timely manner.
    7.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies by conducting regular safety inspections and implementing safety procedures.
  2. Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies necessary for equipment maintenance and repair activities. Monitor stock levels, reorder supplies as needed, and optimize inventory to minimize downtime.
  3. Document maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, equipment performance metrics, and compliance records. Generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
