Deputy Manager Planning and Development
We are seeking dynamic and result-driven technical resource at our Plant Site – Mianwali.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering with at least 6 years of Experience in modern Dry Process Cement Plant maintenance planning.
- Should be able to manage & supervise plant centralized maintenance team
- Manage distribution of manpower in areas according to plant requirements
- Develop and Execute Technical training plans.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules, focusing on preventive, predictive and corrective actions.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Well versed with Oracle based maintenance tools & MS office
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Good knowledge of new development & best practices in modern cement plants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Manager Planning and Development

- Well versed with Oracle based maintenance planning tools
- Negotiate and manage vendor relationship to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage the Capex and Opex projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely execution.
- Develop & manage maintenance schedules, focusing on preventive, predictive and corrective actions.
- Oversee the maintenance budget, monitor costs, and implement cost saving strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure efficient management of spares & services inventory for routine maintenance and shutdowns.
- Utilize operational data to enhance efficiency and improve processes.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Good knowledge of new developments and best practices in modern cement plants.
- Hands on experience of execution of energy optimization projects.
- Excellent communication, strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
