Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Senior Office Shipping for its Shipping team based in Karachi.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Verify duties and taxes based on accurate HS code classification and ensure application of relevant concessionary SROs and other applicable customs clearance charges.
- Strong understanding of goods classification and tariff structures.
- Manage and respond to Show Cause Notices in coordination with legal counsel.
- Maintain effective liaison with Customs authorities, DPP, port terminals, shipping lines, clearing agents, transporters, supply chain, finance, and other relevant departments.
- A Handle end-to-end processing of project and bulk shipments.
- Negotiate with freight forwarders and shipping lines for both Import (FOB) and Export shipments.
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of product classification, customs regulations, SROs, and Import/Export Policy Orders.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in customs clearance within the industrial sector.
- Proven expertise in managing project and bulk cargo shipments.
- Solid understanding of PSW, EFS, and FI instruments.
- Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
