Lucky One Mall
Ocean Mall
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
– Deliver excellent customer service and enhance in-store experience
– Achieve sales targets and support store performance
– Maintain product displays and store standards
– Handle basic billing and cash counter support when required
What We’re Looking For:
– Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
– Prior retail or sales experience (bookstore or brand retail is a plus)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Passion for books, learning, and customer service
