Position Title: Assistant Manager Learning & Development
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certified trainer (e.g., Train the Trainer, TOT certification) is an added advantage. Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial L&D role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
