Requirements
- Minimum Graduation.
- Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably in a bakery or food service environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the bakery store, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train and mentor a team of bakery and deli.
- Manage inventory, track sales and oversee ordering processes.
- Foster a positive customer experience through excellent service and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
