Hiring Assistant Manager IT
Assistant Manager IT – D365 & Network Support will be responsible for overseeing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and maintaining the organization’s network infrastructure. This hybrid role will require expertise in D365 ERP modules and strong networking knowledge. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administration and support of D365 modules (e.g., Finance, SCM, Retail).
- Monitor D365 system performance and proactively address any issues.
- Maintain and monitor LAN/WAN infrastructure, including firewalls, switches and routers.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware failures and performance issues.
- Manage user access controls, network permissions and security configurations.
- Provide support for VOIP systems, VPNs and cloud connectivity solutions.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and internal IT policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system maintenance and upgrades. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with D365 ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls and VPNs.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA) are a strong plus.
