Position : ASSISTANT MANAGER STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES
Iqra University is looking for candidates for the position of “Assistant Manager – Student Support Services.” We are inviting applications from candidates who meet the criteria given below:
POSITION: Assistant Manager-Student Support Services
LOCATION: North Campus IQRA University
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and weekends.
PURPOSE: This role is responsible for enhancing the student experience by leading co-curricular programs, overseeing support services, and serving as a vital link between students and university administration. It promotes student engagement, leadership, and personal development in alignment with the university’s values and policies.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement student engagement programs to enhance campus life, personal development, and leadership skills.
- Act as a liaison between students and administration, providing guidance, support, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee student clubs and societies, ensuring active participation and alignment with institutional goals.
- Prepare detailed reports for accreditation bodies, senior management, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and manage events such as orientations, workshops, recreational activities, and wellness initiatives.
- Develop support mechanisms for students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being.
- Monitor student conduct and enforce university policies in collaboration with the disciplinary committee.
- Facilitate student feedback mechanisms and contribute to continuous improvement of student services.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure an inclusive and supportive student environment.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and support data-driven decision-making related to student engagement.
