• Conduct Employee Engagement Surveys
• Facilitate in Competency Framework
• Develop and conduct competency based assessments
• Facilitate the enrichment of employees’ on-boarding
• Revamp policy manual and disseminate to employees
• Revamp and draft HR Policies and JDs
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Qualification: A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Preferable business background)
