International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for a skilled and responsible Recycling Machine Operator to manage and operate recycling machine. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth recycling operations by maintaining quality, machine efficiency, and safe working standards.
· Operate and monitor recycling/extruder machines for BOPP film scrap reprocessing.
· Feed raw/recycled materials and ensure continuous machine operation.
· Maintain recycling line parameters to achieve quality output.
· Ensure proper segregation, handling, and processing of BOPP film waste.
· Conduct regular checks on machine performance and product quality.
· Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the recycling area.
· Record daily production data, material usage, and downtime.
· Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational SOPs.
Requirements:
· Qualification: DAE (Electrical/Mechanical)
· Experience: 1-3 Years
· Candidates must be willing to work in shifts
· Must be willing to work in the challenging environment
Pick & Drop Facility (on specific routes) will be provided
