Job Description:

☑ Resolution of assigned complaints on CSM’s & ATMs within defined TAT
☑ Installation of ATMs & CSM’s
☑
☑ Provision of root cause analysis for assigned tasks
☑ Provision of Analytical Reports & Documentation to Line Manager
