We are Hiring for the Position of Assistant Manager – Customer Relations (Field Operations)
Responsibilities include:
· Ensure implementation of Toyota Global Customer Relation standards at dealerships
· Responsible for Customer Satisfaction surveys and analyzing customer data
· Responsible for Customer Relations Budget monitoring
· Conduct annual and quarterly audits at dealerships for their enhancement
· Ensure Dealership Facility Standardization
· Manage day to day operations
