In order to manage complaints and provide proper solutions within time limit.
Requirements:
-Must be Graduate
-Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills
-Understanding of company products and policies.
-Proficiency with computer.
-Ability to diffuse tense situations.
-E-commerce background would be a plus!
