Position: Business Development Manager (Projects)
Location: Islamabad
Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and hit real estate project sales revenue targets by executing the company’s vision for growth and excellence
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base, driving revenue growth and ensure its strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts & responsible for monitoring & reporting Sales team performance on daily / bi-weekly basis to Senior Management
• Identify leads for the project sales in emerging markets, upcoming real estate projects with renowned developers across Islamabad
• Responsible for driving incremental product growth through various Sales channels
• Act as a single point of contact for client portfolio ensuring SLA’s are met and on-going relationship is successfully managed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• 5-8 years of real estate marketing experience
