IBL Operations is hiring a Branch Support Assistant to support warehouse and branch operations with a strong focus on stock control and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Inter-branch stock transfers & receiving (DC & SRR)
✔ Daily stock, sales & sales return reports
✔ RTV, FOC & MEDRF processing
✔ Documentation (SDR, VLS, Cash Memo, summaries)
✔ System entries: sales flow, credits, fuel & van hiring
Requirements:
✔ Graduation
✔ 2–3 years of warehouse/branch support experience
✔ Knowledge of cash handling & bank deposits
✔ Strong attention to detail & communication skills
