Sr. Executive/AM – Trainings (Sales & Marketing)

This role of Trainings in Sales & Marketing department shall be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive annual training strategy aligned with business objectives, dealer KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals. The key responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis (TNA), designing customized programs covering product knowledge, customer handling, sales and service processes, digital tools, and soft skills. The individual will also lead a team of trainers, collaborate cross-functionally with different departments and ensure dealer compliance with OEM training standards and certifications. Additionally, the role includes overseeing LMS (Learning Management System) operations to promote digital learning and continuous staff development across dealerships.
Qualifications:
- MBA from any reputable institute.
Requirements:
- Up to 03 years of experience preferably in Channel Development.
- Content Development (PowerPoint, LMS modules, handouts).
- Automotive Industry Knowledge (products, process, dealership operations).
