Job Title/ Designation: SAP B1 Administrator
Location: Clifton- Karachi
Main Responsibilities:
- Resolving Functional issues, reporting issues, and fulfilling User & Management requirements in all modules of SAP including HR Payroll.
- Coordinate with SAP consultant and IT department regarding SAP Issues and Financial & Non-Financial Reporting.
- Performing the work to authorize a new project and define its scope.
- Provides consultation to functional users / Management in the area of automated systems, business process redesigning as well as system development and integration.
- Conduct user training sessions for all SAP Modules (Finance, SCM, Fixed Assets, Production, etc.)
- Conduct Business Gap Analysis.
- Participate and advise in the project management plan to accomplish the project objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with responsibilities in project management, and ERP implementation.
- Knowledge of SAP B-One experience with at least 2 full cycles of SAP implementation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; able to manage and communicate with multiple stakeholders and translate complex technology concepts (esp. SAP) to non-IT audience
