Key Accountabilities
- Achievement of agreed Sales Targets within time frame
- Implementation of marketing strategy and execution in the field
- Build and develop business relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the respective therapeutic areas
- Foster the product knowledge and selling skills of assigned team members
- Liaison with Distributors and Key Account Managers
- Monitor & ensure the fulfillment of the defined Sales KPIs within the team
- Regular reports on Market Intelligence/Competition
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in Pharma Sales
- Train & Develop employee and manage team retention
- Ability to exhibit managerial & leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
