Business Unit Assistant
Key Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
- Coordinate meetings and events for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and format business documents, reports, and presentations for the team and management.
- Assist with project management, tracking timelines, tasks, and progress.
- Monitor budget, process invoices, and support financial record-keeping.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers, and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth operations.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
