we are hiring Manager Finance Operations
Key Accountabilities
• Maintain accurate valuation of goods, considering aspects like batch management and different stock types Gather up-to-date sales data to ensure a comprehensive sales overview.
• Report on profit margins, accounting for the cost of goods sold and related expenses.
• Implement methodologies for fair and accurate distribution of overhead costs across departments or projects. Ensure operating expenses are accurately reflected in the company’s general ledger. Lead the credit function, overseeing day-to-day credit assessments, monitoring recording of collections and posting customer payments in SAP.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
• Education: MBA/ACCA/ACA 5-7 Years of relevant experience
Skills:
Advanced Excel, Analytic skills, understanding of taxation requirement, decision making ability.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Key Accountabilities

Reporting to: Senior Finance Business forecasting processes and evaluate new projects, capital Partner investments, and product profitability.
Location: Karachi
• Track and analyze operational KPIs, provide variance analysis,

Identify financial risks and opportunities and advise management on corrective actions.
• Support in the review of financial performance including variance with budget, forecasting, and financial reporting & dashboards. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Work closely with commercial, manufacturing and supply chain teams to support decision-making. Assist with pricing strategy, demand planning and investment proposals. Support month end and year end close process.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
• Education: MBA/ACA/ACCA
• Experience: 5-10 years
• Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, strong Excel skills
• Competencies: Leadership, Adaptability, Technical, Business Awareness.
