HBL Asset Management Ltd Jobs Call Center Executive:HBL Asset Management (wholly owned subsidiary of HBL Bank Ltd.) is looking for the position of “Call Center Executive” in the Retail Support department for their Head Office located in Karachi.
Position Profile: This position will primarily be responsible to facilitate customers by addressing their queries, handling inbound calls, handling customer complaints, inquiries and service requests received from different channels (emails, letter, SMS and call etc.)
Required Education & Experience:
• Minimum Graduate from any reputed/ HEC recognized university.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years relevant experience is preferred.
