WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the engineering department that align with the overall goals of the hospitality group.
- Lead and manage a team of property engineers and maintenance staff across multiple locations.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in the properties.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Lead engineering efforts during the preopenin phase of new properties.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new properties.
QUALIFICATION Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
EXPERIENCE Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within the hospitality industry. Pre-Opening experience preferred
