We Are Hiring Quality Assurance Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with quality control/quality assurance (QC/QA) requirements from incoming materials to end products until consumed by the customer.
- Supervision of shift QC staff and QA/QC activities to ensure compliance.
- Ensure finished syrup batching is conducted according to Manufacturing Master Instructions (MMI) and meets PCI specifications and legal requirements.
- Cross-checking of syrup process, online testing, and end product from the warehouse. Ensure production startups and maintenance protocol implemented and compliant.
- Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of lab equipment to ensure the accuracy of results.
- Proactively handle all non-conformities, communicate timely, stop production if needed, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Complaints handling and market/distributor visits to ensure compliance. Manage internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Job Requirements:
- BSc/MSc (Chemistry), BS/MS Food Science & Technology
- Lead Auditor and FSSC certification preferred.
- 03-05 Years Experience in FMCG
