We Are HIRING Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategy and marketing plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Compilation and execution of given Plans/Objectives to attain Zone/Area wise Primary/Secondary Sales and Products/Packages Availability Targets.
- Regular Market visits to supervise/monitor the proper execution of set objectives/plans to ensure the attainment of desired results and to cultivate strong relationship with current and potential dealers.
- Gather market intelligence regarding Market Share, Trends, Analysis, Availability, Competition Activities etc. And communicate the same timely and accurately to seniors for better monitoring and controls.
- Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market i.e. Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage etc.
- Distribution Management to ensure the proper execution of sales operations, ROI, KPI’s, GTM, Inventory Management.
Job Requirements:
- BBA / MBA with specialization in Marketing
- 05-07 years experience in Beverages/FMCG.

Job Responsibilities:
- Help create and follow sales plans to increase product availability, sales volume, and brand visibility.
- Guide and support order bookers in meeting daily targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identification and execution of marketing opportunities within outlet, fostering in-store branding to make the brand more visible and attract customers.
- Ensuring that distributions have optimum stock levels for each SKU according to stock cover days according to company policy.
- Coaching order bookers to ensure sufficient stock levels of all SKUs at outlet level and ensure products are well-stocked, clean, and properly arranged on shelves and in coolers.
- Performing regular market visits to check performance of order bookers as well as to identify market development & conversion opportunities.
- Conducting regular morning meeting with team and providing feedback to improve individual and team performance as per KPIs.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining records of daily sales, visits, and feedback to help make better decisions.

- Oversee material/service procurement, ensuring timely replenishment based on demand forecasts and MOQs, while adhering to CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
- Implement strategies like consolidation, call-offs, contracting, and discounts to drive cost savings
- Maintain strong vendor relationships, manage onboarding, and update vendor data while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with finance, audit, and end-users to align budgets, manage payments, and resolve issues.
- Use SAP to manage the full P2P process and ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory requirements.
- Validate costs using full product lifecycle insights, TCO analysis to compare options. Ensure pricing accuracy by evaluating key inputs like commodity prices, utilities, labor, freight, and exchange rates.
Job Requirements:
