Position Available: Boiler Operator

Description:

Look after the daily operations being carried out in the Boiler Department in his Shift of Duty.
Ensure smooth operation of the Boiler.
Communicate to the Incharge and Rectify any problems arising in the Boiler Department
Ensure efficient distribution of steam into different department.
Ensure the testing of feed water quality regularly in his Shift
To participate in the Maintenance activities during the shutdown
To look after the Softener Plants.
To look after the HP Boiler and get readings every hour.
Ensure Chemical Dozing in the Feed water Tank.
Get the water samples tested from QA Department regularly.
Ensure smooth operation of the Boiler during varying Steam Pressures.

Education: DAE Mechaical or FSC (2nd or 3rd Class Boiler Engineer)

Requirements: 4-6 years of proven experience in FMCG or Textile.

Position Available: Shift Incharge

Description:

To verify & implement all process parameters (physical refinery,chemical refinery fractionation plant, acid oil as per quality plan of product.
Responsible for smooth plant operation.
Record keeping and data management of plant operations.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance management.
To ensure safety measure in plant during operation.
To be responsible for accurate staffing of tanks for Raw and Finished oil tanks
To maintain healthy human relation & discipline among available shift personnel.
Shall keep liaison with Q.A/QC chemist & maintenance staff for smooth & quality production.
Shall be responsible for maintaining inventory of consumable & chemicals required for production
To ensure and assure that plant is running with defined SOP.
To maintain proper house keeping in respective shifts.
Follow the rules & regulation laid down by management time to time.
To prepare job card in ERP.
To ensure tanker are dispatched timely.

Education: Engineer Degree in Mechanical or Chemical

Requirements: 6-8 years of experience in a large scale environment.

Description:

Must possess good knowledge of chemicals and their usage.
Accountable for overall operation of chemical refinery.
To Monitor, maintain & operate machines.
To test operations of machines periodically.
To fix issues that might occur during the shift.
To maintain all process parameters of plant.
Maintain activity logs.
Control and adjust machine settings specially centrifugal separators.
To inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
10.To maintain constant levels in all process tanks.

Education:DAE Or B-tech in Chemical.

Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a FMCG Sector or Edible Oil.

Description

Follow instructions from Shift In-charge regarding the operations and to do tasks.
Ensure equipment are in optimal condition for the process.
To be responsible for accurate staffing of tanks for Raw and Finished oil tanks.
Collect and deliver required samples to Q.C Lab.
Observe process parameters and report Shift In-charge in case of any abnormality.
Ensure that the correct amount of chemicals are added to the product.
Responsible for housekeeping withing refinery and area around tanks.
Report any faults/leakages to the Shift-Incharge for immediate actions.
Walk around the facility to ensure the plant is running in smooth condition.

Education: DAE Or B-tech in Chemical/Mechanical.

Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a FMCG Sector or Edible Oil.
