Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of Assistant Manager – Technical Services Coordinator for an upcoming new Project based at Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to technical services team
- Region wise recruitment, training and quality reports collection and analysis for HOD and Program Managers
- Maintain all quality assurance, training reports, performance data, field visit reports and monthly meeting minutes received from technical services team in hard and soft copy
- Liaison with Technical Services Managers for technical team expenses and field visit activity record
- Support HOD and Senior Manager Technical in preparation and review of performance reports, quality, and training data analysis as per project deliverable
- Ensure timely quality and training data entry in MIS before defined timelines
- Involve in planning and coordination of seminars, events, trainings and travel for technical team as per project requirement
- Responsible to check personal/trainings claim/expenses of technical team staff
- Support technical team in generation of monthly, quarterly reports as per program requirement
- Submit monthly analysis report on relevant project deliverables to Senior Manager Technical Services and support in devising and implementing mitigation strategy
- Comply with organizational policies/procedures and systems
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelors
- 2 – 3 years of experience
