Responsibilities:
· Develop and ensure documentation of all company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
· Maintain and ensure compliance of ISO 9001:2015 standardization related processes in the Company.
· Conduct internal and external audit.
· Reports external and internal audit findings to management, which includes audit results, corrective / preventive actions to be taken, and implement the solutions for the effectiveness of those actions.
· Conduct management review meetings.
· Provide trainings to company employees on formulation of policies, risk assessment and their resolution according to Quality management standard.
· Prepare audit and management reports relating to compliance and incidents.
· Identify risks related to observations and make appropriate recommendations for process improvement and future course of action to mitigate the risk involved.
