BSCS/BS IT/BS SE or equivalent with 2 years of experience in development and 1 year as System Analyst.
The incumbent will be responsible for aligning IT support, design, and quality assurance teams by gathering and documenting requirements, updating IT policies, and ensuring adherence to SOPs. Oversee the entire IT project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope and deadlines. Supervise teams, monitor KPIs, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. Concrete knowledge of project management, UX/UI principles, SOP documentation, quality assurance processes, business analysis, risk management, multitasking, and team leadership are prerequisites. Strong analytical thinking, communication, and time management skills are essential to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
