Job Responsibilities:
- Manage QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) customer accounts and relationships
- Punch customer orders into SAP and ensure order accuracy
- Coordinate with the CSD team for order processing and fulfillment
- Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies
- Participate in strategic planning for business growth and customer engagement
- Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with clients
- Drive new product development in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Support QA audits and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify and onboard new customers to expand market reach
- Design pricing structures tailored to customer and market needs
- Negotiate contracts and manage customer expectations
- Oversee logistics and shipping to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and optimize packaging solutions
- Represent the company in customer meetings and discussions
