KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors in chemical engineering with minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Conduct EMS audits and conducts yearly incident analysis of fertilizer sites.
- Develop reports of EMS audits and presents them to site leads
- Ensures quarterly HSE audits and generates final reports.
- Conducts campaigns for HSE awareness for employee engagement and quarterly safety trainings throughout the organization.
