Fatima Group is hiring for Executive Coordinator in Lahore Office.
Location: Lahore
Education: MBA from HEC recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently arrange meeting schedules, video cons and other activities with Department Managers as per requirements.
- Handling of travel arrangements and other related tasks.
- Timely execution of routine tasks and office activities of Plant Manager.
- Quarterly plan of meetings
- Formulation and compilation of all WIP i.e. Presentation and other support documents
- Proactive assistance in special events/social activities
- Participation in CSR activities
- Participation in Office safety
