Position: Manager Payables & Fixed Assets
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Manage and supervise Accounts Payable operations, including vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, and outstanding balances.
- Grower Payments: Review and process growers’ payments, loan adjustments, account reconciliations, and settlement of outstanding balances.
- Site Expenses & Payments: Process and monitor site expenses, contractor payments, government dues, and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Fixed Assets Management: Maintain the Fixed Assets Register, ensure proper capitalisation and asset tagging, and support periodic asset verification.
Qualification & Experience
- Education / Certification: CA Qualified (Fresh).
Location: Fatima Sugar Mills Limited – Multan
Position: Deputy Manager Accounts
Key Responsibilities
- Insurance Management: Manage insurance of fixed assets and inventory, including policy renewals, claims, valuations, and risk coverage.
- Letters of Credit (LCs): Handle Letters of Credit (LCs), including documentation, LC opening, cost sheets, bank coordination, and verification of clearing/import charges.
- Civil Works Monitoring: Monitor civil works, including work progress, material reconciliation, contractor bill verification, and payment processing.
- Accounting Compliance: Ensure proper documentation, reconciliation, and compliance related to assigned accounting functions.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: CA Finalist.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
