𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲
We are looking for an Admin Finance & Operations Executive at warehouse, Korangi, Karachi. The candidate responsible for vendor bill processing, expense consolidation, budgeting, reporting, record management, contract management, manpower records and SOP Development.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 2–5 years of relevant experience in budgeting, payment & analysis.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:-
- Process and track Administration vendor invoices and payments
- Maintain centralized administration expense records
- Prepare weekly/monthly expense and KPI reports
- Prepare and monitor administration budgets
- Maintain vendor agreements and renewal schedules
- Maintain administration manpower records
- Develop, update, and control Administration SOPs
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support audits
