EY Ford Rhodes Jobs September 2019:EY Ford Rhodes is hiring for an Assistant Manager – HR (Islamabad). The incumbent will be responsible for undertaking general HR operations, assisting all the line managers/partners, ensuring compliance with all the policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:

  • End to end recruitment
  • Payroll management
  • Maintaining employee dashboards
  • Manpower planning
  • Employee management
  • Employee on-boarding and ensuring a smooth pre-hire workflow.
    Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the capacity of HR Generalist
  • Bachelors in HR. Masters will be preferred.
  • Hands on experience with different applicant tracking systems.

  • Position: District Supervisor – Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Responsibilities:
    o Supervise the field teams in districts
    o Plan for field visits and team allocation
    o Review of field work and reports
    o Finalization of reports
