EY Ford Rhodes Jobs September 2019:EY Ford Rhodes is hiring for an Assistant Manager – HR (Islamabad). The incumbent will be responsible for undertaking general HR operations, assisting all the line managers/partners, ensuring compliance with all the policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment
- Payroll management
- Maintaining employee dashboards
- Manpower planning
- Employee management
- Employee on-boarding and ensuring a smooth pre-hire workflow.
Requirements: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the capacity of HR Generalist
- Bachelors in HR. Masters will be preferred.
- Hands on experience with different applicant tracking systems.

- Responsibilities:
o Supervise the field teams in districts
o Plan for field visits and team allocation
o Review of field work and reports
o Finalization of reports
