Engro Fertilizers is hiring an HSE Engineer, based at Daharki, to strengthen site safety, environmental, and compliance standards.
The role involves implementing and stewarding integrated management systems (PSM, EMS, OHIH), ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, and leading internal and external audits. Responsibilities include environmental monitoring, effluent management coordination, HSE reporting, training employees on standards, tracking KPIs, driving sustainability and footprint-reduction initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement programs at site.
Candidates should hold a BE in Chemical Engineering with 2–4 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of HSE systems, audits, compliance frameworks, and on-site implementation will be considered an advantage.
