We are currently seeking an Environmental Engineer/Scientist. This position within the company ensures quality delivery of Environment projects.
Position is for Karachi office.
Job Description:
· Master’s in Environmental Sciences or ME/BE in Engineering (Civil/Environmental/Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial).
· At least 6-8 years relevant experience in the field of Environmental consulting / environmental compliance.
· Able to carry out Environmental Impact Assessments including conducting site visits, preparing detailed reports and presentation to clients.
· Well versed in national and global environmental regulations and standards (including IFC / ADB standards).
· Excellent written & communication skills in English and Urdu.
· Able to independently plan, coordinate and execute carrying out assessment studies and associated tasks.
. Able to positively liaise with clients and foster relationships with various stakeholders.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Especially in Word & Excel), especially for report preparation. Command over GIS and MS project will give added advantage to candidate.
The position will be based in Karachi; therefore, preference will be given to those who are located in Karachi and nearby cities.
