Floor Manager Outbound Sales | Telesales & mHealth Department
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
The Floor Manager will be responsible for handling daily operations of an outbound sales floor. Setting strategies to meet and exceed the sales targets while maintaining the highest quality standards including educating customers, convincing, and concluding the sales with customer consent.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Telco and branchless banking experience is a plus.
Qualification:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree
- Confident communicator, and strong organizational and planning abilities with a professional approach.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) are required
