Edotco Pakistan Jobs Manager Security:Edotco Pakistan are looking for the position of Manager Security in operations department based in Islamabad
Main Activities;
1. Ensure that the security of each of BTS and other sites are managed with almost zero theft incidence.
2. Design and implement site access/exit policy in a way that every entry and exit is reported and recorded with help of TOC/SOC for all authorized entries
3. Standard procedure to be followed when a unauthorized entry to our sites is detected
4. Development of community program to provide additional layer of passive security to each of the site
5. Receive performance and incident reports from field teams and regional offices, and take remedial on all non-compliance actions security personnel.
6. Liaise with law enforcement agencies on all theft and vandalism incidences.
7. Coordinate security requirement through services of security companies Provide guideline and policy on security at tower sites to be adopted.
8. Address Union issues if any
9. Provide necessary training for security personal periodically to ensure continuous compliance
10. Equipment theft reconciliation and recovery.
11. Coordination with Property Management team for owner/landlord issues
