Corporate Officer LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS.
JOB SUMMARY: The office operational team Corporate Officer serves as the primary point of contact for both General Companies (Non-Insurance) clients and insurance company representatives visiting Ziauddin Hospital. The Corporate Officer (Operational) coordinates insurance verification and pre-authorization process, manages payment arrangements, addresses billing, defines rates and estimation and payment options to clients and customers, and provides relevant information about hospital services. The officer ensures a positive and professional experience for all corporate clients, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist insurance company representatives and general corporate clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Address inquiries and concerns from both insured and general corporate clients, providing accurate information and timely assistance.
- Coordinate insurance verification and pre-authorization process for corporate patients, ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
- Manage payment arrangements and billing inquiries for general corporate patients, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaboration with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow related to insurance and billing matters.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation and process.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Work Experience: Previous experience in customer service, office operations, insurance & panel or billing coordination is an asset.
