LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, Sukkur CAMPUS.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position leads to the operational delivery, ensuring the delivery of high quality, cost effective services that are innovative and responsive to the needs of internal and external customers of Ziauddin Group of Hospitals, Head Office. The Chief Operating Officer works closely administratively with all the respective departmental Group Heads to improve the quality, safety and experience of the employees collectively. This is also responsible for all legal matters of Organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advise the Chief Executive / Chairman on matters relating to the operational delivery of Administrative support services of the Ziauddin Group of Hospitals, Head Office.
- Lead all the divisions in contributing to and implementing the strategic aims, developing a shared understanding and commitment to these aims.
- Drive service development, modernization, and innovation across the divisions, promoting a culture of continuous service improvement. Â
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
- Empower the supportive behavior with the Heads to clarify & resolve the all official involvements.
- In conjunction with all the Group Heads, ensure that major incident, business continuity and emergency planning arrangements are strong to the operational services of the Hospital.
REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Qualification: MBBS/MBA/MPA/MS/PhD/LLM (Masters in Law)
Professional Qualification: Relevant certifications of Management.
Experience: Relevant experience of more than 20 years + Preferable, an additional role related and personal development training commensurate with a very Senior Management post.
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to assess opportunities for innovation, revenue generation, partnership and enhanced care.
- Expert in planning cycles from concept to its delivery.
- Successfully leading and managing a diverse team.
- Strong business acumen with determination attitude
