JOB SUMMARY:
Will ensure that the Quality Management System smoothly functions, and the performance against the set and standard measures is being maintained accordingly. Will work in coordination with the Department Seniors – Deputy Manager & Dept. Head in achieving quality goals and targets as well will assist in the strategic planning of given assignments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Computer literate – MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
- Able to follow advances in healthcare technology and systems for quality improvement. “Meticulous analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other health professionals, staff, and customers. Good time management skills.
- Excellence in recording, analyzing, and distributing statistical information writing reports
- Work to improve efficiency and quality in delivering healthcare services by taking rounds of the hospital (as required) regularly.
- Perform regular Hospital / Ward/Floor / Department-rounds to assess quality working – both clinical & Non-clinical domains. Prepare and share a report of the same with the QA Dept. Head / Reporting lines.
- Actively participate in the hospital’s Internal (the group) & assigned external audits in – line with Certification / Accreditation standards as per the Hospital’s requirement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Qualification: Graduate, Master’s Degree Preferred.
- Professional Qualification: Short Relevant training/courses in Quality Management Systems and other is preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years – Preferably Same field (QA in Hospital Background).
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:
- Overall Patient Satisfaction: Calculating the satisfaction levels by combining several factors such as applicability; Metrics & analysis.
- Identify Quality-related bottlenecks in the system and prepare a systematic analysis for same.
- Propose quality indicators, and get them approved by the QA Head for implementation and monitoring of the process.
- Be a part of the event management team (QA) and ensure the smooth functioning of the same.
