Detos Oils & Lubricants is seeking a highly motivated and result–driven Area Business Manager to join in Lahore.
Keys Responsibility:
· Conduct Joint Visits to customers, presenting technical proposals and recommending DETOS products for specific applications.
· Identify and develop indirect channels for volume and revenue growth.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and plan for sustainable growth.
· Report daily activities to the Sales Team Lead and Technical Team Lead, providing comprehensive updates on Sales performance Challenges and opportunities
· Develop and deliver lubricants training to enhance the expertise of sales staff.
· Tailor training packages for customers as needed to drive product knowledge and application understanding.
· Uphold 100% compliance with DETOS business ethics and code of conduct.
· Provide HSSE guidance to customers and sales team and stay updated on legislative changes.
· Prepare reports for customer plant equipment, audits, lubrication surveys and field trails market trends, competitor’s activities and customer feedback.
Job Location: Lahore
Education: B.E/MBA
Experience: 5-6 Years’ experience in oils and lubricant industry.
