To capitalize on consistent growth and embrace the new challenges, we intent to hire experienced civil resources who are highly skilled and career-oriented professionals to join our team in the execution of forthcoming Infrastructure Projects/ to become part of our bench strength.
- Site Manager
Graduate Engineer (Civil) with 15 to 20 years’ experience of large-scale Infrastructure Projects like (Dams, Canals, Barrages, Highways) and Building Construction. Must have at least 5 years of contractors experience in managerial capacity. The incumbent shall be responsible for overall project management, from planning to execution, and leading the multi-disciplinary project team. Familiarity with contracts, financial management, QA/QC & HSE policies and efficiency norms is essential. Timely completion of assigned project and client satisfaction within the budgeted value shall be the main responsibility of this position. - Construction Manager
Graduate Engineer (Civil) with at least 15 years’ experience in large scale Infrastructure Projects like (Dams, Canals, Barrages, Highways) and Building Construction. Must be well-versed in construction management techniques and optimum utilization of the resources; ability to successfully control and supervise all aspects of site execution for a project and successfully complete project with ownership of company core and operating values by ensuring their effective implementation; ability to lead a sizeable team with diverse background and manage subcontractors on site. - Incharge Contracts
Graduate Engineer (Civil) with minimum 15 years’ experience should be well versed in conditions of FIDIC based contracts, establishing liaison with clients, contract administration and settlements of claims; must possess excellent written communication skills with respect to contractual correspondence. Hands on experience of handling / negotiations with the Consultants/ Employer. - Head PMC
Graduate Engineer (Civil) with 15 – 20 years’ experience in planning and monitoring; well versed with modern Project Control Techniques; fully conversant in project, planning, scheduling, monitoring, preparation of budget, costing, resource calculation and cash flow preparations must be conversant with primavera 3.0 & 6.0 versions and familiar with contracts, administration, field engineering and claims management. - Manager QA/QC
B.E/B.Tech Civil or Geology with minimum 15 years’ experience in QA/QC function, minimum 5 years’ experience in a lead position. Well versed in setting up and monitoring quality systems, quality control procedures and planning for large scale infrastructure projects; should be familiar with ISO-9000, ASTM, AASHTO & BS; should have working knowledge of construction material testing as well as Concrete, Soil and Asphalt.
