We are seeking an experienced Manager IT Applications Support to support critical applications like SAP, Oracle, Fourgen, and HCM. If you’re a problem-solver with leadership experience, we want you!
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Provide technical support for SAP, Oracle, Forgen, HCM.
- Resolve issues quickly to ensure seamless business operations.
- Lead system upgrades and improvements.
- Report system performance to senior management.
- Mentor junior staff and promote collaboration.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- BSc/MSc in IT (Software Engineering) or related degree.
- 7-8 years of experience with major business applications (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
