Experience: 5-6 years Education: MBA in HR from a reputable institution Location: Karachi
Job Description:
- Design, implement & manage comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills, competencies & overall performance
- Facilitate in-house workshops, training sessions, and onboarding programs
- Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads to identify learning gaps and areas for improvement
- Source external trainers, if required, and manage relationships with training vendors
- Lead initiatives that support the company’s long-term goals, focusing on organizational change, culture enhancement, and team development.
